Parcels are sent via Royal mail using a tracked 48hr service. Orders are typically dispatched within a five working day turn around, during peak seasons this may be extended to 10 working days plus postage times.
During the summer months I may from time to time only offer a 24hr tracked service - this will prevent your chocolates sitting for longer in hot distribution centres. Also please be aware that all orders placed over summer are at your risk due to temperatures, if left out, they will melt in high temperatures. For this reason I ask that you give the most reliable address, somewhere such as a work address so the parcel can be delivered directly to you. We may take the decision to delay parcels if the weather is particularly hot for a long period of time - updates will always be via Instagram to reach as many of you affected as possible.
On the rare occasion that orders are missing, please contact us for some solutions. The best port of call is to check the local mailing centre as we can provide you with your tracking number, check with neighbours and your usual postie. We are unable to class this as missing until 14 working days have passed to comply with Royal Mails guidance.
